Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Front Office Team
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about the hostel and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of front office tasks.
Housekeeping Team
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the front office to coordinate room turnovers.
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Front Office
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication (both in Indonesian and English) and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
Housekeeping
