Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Storekeeper
- Responsible for managing store administration and inventory records to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle store documents, archives, and databases; assist with daily sales and cash recaps, goods receiving, stock input, stock opname, and returns to the warehouse. Ensure the availability of store supplies, maintain accurate price labels, and coordinate maintenance schedules for store assets.
TikTok Content Creator
- Responsible for creating engaging and creative video content for CRSL’s social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram. Handle the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, trend research, reference gathering, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, caption writing, and uploading.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content concepts, explore creative approaches, and improve social media performance. Actively follow fashion and social media trends, participate as on-camera talent, and translate brand messages into entertaining, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with CRSL’s audience.
Quality Checking
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of incoming goods through detailed inspection of quantity, SKU, variants, and physical condition. Perform receiving, labeling, and shelving activities while ensuring products meet quality standards before proceeding to the next stage.
- Identify and separate defective or mismatched items, maintain accurate inventory records, and report QC findings, discrepancies, and defects. Ensure consistency between physical stock and inventory systems, maintain organized warehouse storage, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies, and consistently follow inbound SOPs while maintaining accuracy in high-volume operations.
Livestreamer
- Responsible for developing and hosting live streaming sessions across CRSL’s social media and e-commerce platforms.
- This role involves creating engaging live streaming concepts, supporting production, and continuously improving livestream performance. In addition, the Livestreamer collaborates closely with the Marketing team, serves as on-camera talent to showcase products and engage with audiences, and prepares monthly reports covering livestream insights, performance analysis, and audience engagement.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Storekeeper
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or Inventory Staff. Experience in fashion retail is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, neat, and organized in managing stock and inventory records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management systems.
- Willing to support store operations, including customer service.
- Proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
TikTok Content Creator
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and creative content.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Knowledge of video production, editing, and basic design skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion, social media, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Creative and able to turn ideas and references into engaging content across platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and being the talent in social media content.
- Fun, collaborative, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Quality Checking
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, quality control (QC), or inbound processes.
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and organized in handling goods inspection.
- Able to identify product defects, quantity discrepancies, incorrect SKUs, and variant mismatches.
- Understands the warehouse inbound process, including receiving, checking, labeling, and filing.
- Experienced in recording and reporting QC results, both manually and through digital systems.
- Proficient in basic tools such as barcode scanners and spreadsheets. Experience with warehouse systems is a plus.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Physically fit for operational work involving standing and moving, comfortable handling high volumes of incoming goods, and willing to work in shifts.
Livestreamer
- Open to male and female candidates, with a maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); university students are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and engage with audiences.
- Presentable appearance and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willing to work part-time on a shift basis, with each shift lasting 6 hours per day.
- Available to work during public holidays and national holidays according to the assigned shift schedule.
- Based in Yogyakarta and willing to work on-site.
