• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area and service stations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to provide smooth service
• Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Maintain the hotel’s service standards and hygiene regulations

Social Media Specialist

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s social media accounts
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, captions, and promotional materials
• Develop and execute social media content plans and campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement, analyze performance, and prepare reports
• Stay updated on social media trends to increase brand awareness and reach

F&B Service (Staff)

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (both oral and written)
• Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
• Able to work in a team and under pressure
• Willing to work according to the company’s schedule and system

Social Media Specialist

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and social media management
• Familiar with photo and video editing tools
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to analyze social media performance and work collaboratively with the team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
