- Give one-on-one career advice and coaching
- Help with CVs, cover letters, and interview practice
- Organize workshops, job fairs, and alumni meetups
- Track job progress and give support after placement
- Support and motivate job seekers emotionally
- Match career goals with training and job market needs
- Keep alumni and career records up to date
- Support applications for jobs abroad
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Basic written English skills
- Friendly and good communication
- Patient, empathetic, and self-motivated
- Tourism/Hospitality graduate (preferred)
- Able to guide people from different backgrounds
- Neat, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently or in a team
- Stays calm when handling candidates
- Based in Yogyakarta or nearby
