• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills of effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations(SPV recruitment)

• At least 2 years of experii an Organizatonal Develi Resources Generalist
• Strong communication, skills. Human Resources, Business ational Development or a
  ence in a related role, such as oment Specialist or Human leadership, and analytical
•  A deep understanding of organizational behavior and change management
• Experience in developi implementing organizat and initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects silmutaneously
• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees to drive performance and development
• Konwledge of industry best practices and trends orgnaizational development
