• Assess new initiatives to determine the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.
• Take an active role in the project development and deliver the high-quality solutions on time and on a budget
• Collaborate with other technical teams and/or other departments to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the web and desktop-based business applications.
• Communicates clearly using technical manner to technical members and translated technical requirements into easy-to-understand language to non-technical members.
• Maintain existing code and functionality once it is assimilated into the ongoing operations, reviews the code amongst the team and ensures the team completes the project within the deadline and as company’s requirements
• Working in an Agile development cycle using advanced Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Able to work in office at Yogyakarta
• Able to work from 8 AM to 5 PM WIB
• Able to communicate in English both written and communication
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related technology field is preferred
• Experience in related field
• Proven knowledge and experiences on micro services architecture, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Implementation of software design patterns
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST and XML/JSON
• Experience in Flutter and Laravel
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in both front end and back end
• Solid problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication, initiative and teamwork.
• Able to deliver on time
• Ability to adapt and have flexibility within a high-growth organization
