Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a content calendar across all platforms, ensuring consistent and relevant content.
Manage daily social media postings, respond to follower messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Track, analyze, and report on social metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Use the findings to refine strategies.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
Stay current with social media trends and best practices, ensuring that new opportunities for community engagement are well-utilized.
Address any negative comments or reviews on social media platforms properly to maintain a positive brand image.

Syarat Pekerjaan

At least 1 year of social media management experience.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Ability to interpret website traffic and online engagement metrics.
Excel in creating visually appealing posts that resonate with our target market.
Awareness of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as an ability to adapt rapidly to the dynamic digital landscape.
