Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinates work with client representative and construction units at project site.
- Controlling a project from start to finish to ensure the design applied in appropriate quality, within the budget and time scheduled.
- Producing detailed working drawing and specification.
- Work up budgeting estimate with Project QS. Setting out, leveling, and surveying on site.
- Day to day inspection to make sure design is applied well on site.
- Resolving problem and issues that arise during construction. Make design modification proposals when necessary. Coordinate with Project Designer.
- As Build Drawing.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Majoring in Architecture
- Working Experience min 1 year / 2 small project completed
- Communicative
- High initiative & Responsible
- Able to Work Under pressure
Software Skill:
- AutoCAD
- Sketchup Lumion / Vray / Enscape
- 3DMax/ Blender (Added Value)
- Excel
