• Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group opportunities
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
• Understanding our market and competitor’s includes but not limited with their strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, social media trends, supply and demand and know how to mitigate.
• Conducting & Controlling Daily Sales Activites includes but not limited to respons incoming opportunities, negotiate contract, uses sales resource to build event to maximize revenue.
• Developing promotion channel.

• Diploma with minimum 3 years experience in the sales and marketing (preferably FnB business), guest services, marcom, or related professional area.
• Attention to detail, proactive, innovative, have ability to identify problem and mitigate & service and guest oriented.
