Sales & Marketing Admin (Fulltime)

• Converting students candidate (potential customers) to become Noonbit’s student
• Answering every question from customers through WhatsApp
• Handling Direct Messages and comments section through Noonbit’s social media platform (Instagram & TikTok)
• Communicating excellent responses to every student’s need and complaint
• Examine customer data and organize it to support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives
• Maintaining data recap of daily sales activity
• Attend short daily stand-up meeting

Graphic Designer (Freelance)

• Create creative visual assets for social media (Instagram Feed, Ad Creative/Ad Posters, Cover Reels, Story Templates, and Cover Highlights) based on the team’s copywriting
• Transform Korean language class learning materials into interactive and easy-to-understand presentation slides (using PPT or Canva)
• Work on cover designs and layouts (typesetting) for Korean language e-books and printed books to ensure they are neat and ready for publication
• Committed to completing each project according to the agreed fee and deadline

Talent & Video Creator (Freelance)

• Create engaging Reels content to promote our online Korean language classes (target: Gen Z & millennial K-culture enthusiasts)
• Independently shoot and edit videos according to the given brief
• Deliver final videos on time in MP4 format (without watermark)

EPS Korean Tutor (Parttime)

• Designing and developing EPS-TOPIK learning modules/curriculum
• Reviewing and updating modules periodically to keep up with the latest EPS-TOPIK exam format and standards
• Teach EPS-TOPIK classes according to the schedule
• Grading and evaluating students’ progress after taking class
• Training and mentoring existing Korean tutors to be able to teach EPS-TOPIK preparation classes
• Evaluating tutors’ teaching quality/understanding after training (if applicable)

Native Korean Tutor (Parttime)

Sales & Marketing Admin (Fulltime)

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Sales experience in education, comfortable with tight targets
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, enjoys analyzing data
• Korean language skills and interest in Korean culture are a plus
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital tools
• Growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and goal-oriented
• High empathy and good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with students of various ages
• Fast response in online communication and strong attention to detail
• WFA

Graphic Designer (Freelance)

• Required to submit an updated design portfolio (especially social media feeds, presentations, or book/document layouts)
• Final-year student or D3/D4/Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field)
• Minimum 6 months of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or project-based work)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color, typography, and layout
• Communicative, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under deadlines
• Ability to speak Korean is a plus

Talent & Video Creator (Freelance)

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Has a youthful, stylish personality and stays up to date with Gen Z trends
• Experienced in creating short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok)
• Basic video editing skills (transitions, captions, audio, etc)
• Owns equipment for filming and editing (a smartphone with a good camera is sufficient)
• Able to follow creative briefs and open to feedback and revisions when needed
• Willing to work on a freelance, project-based basis with flexible working hours

EPS Korean Tutor (Parttime)

• Minimum graduated from bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have teaching experience as a Korean tutor, preferably with EPS-TOPIK preparation (minimum 1 year)
• Have a TOPIK certificate (minimum level 4) and/or EPS-TOPIK Certificate with strong understanding of the exam structure
• Possess some knowledge about workplace/industrial Korean vocabulary (safety terms, factory/fishery/agriculture context)
• Have good communication skills
• Preferably have experience living or working in Korea
• WFA

Native Korean Tutor (Parttime)

• 한국어 원어민 (대한민국 국적)
• 학사 이상 졸업 (전공 무관)
• 한국어 강사 경력 최소 1년 이상
• 영어로 원활한 의사소통 가능
• 온라인 수업 진행이 가능한 분
• 자카르타 시간(WIB) 기준 수업 가능
• 책임감 있고 성실하게 수업을 진행할 수 있는 분
• 학생들과 적극적으로 소통할 수 있는 분
