Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Perform monitoring transactions on CX Inbound / Outbound / Ticketing consistently and according to procedures
  • Ensuring accuracy of the assessment of monitoring transactions is in accordance with the provisions of CX attribute.
  • Performing on the spot feedback on Agents that perform CX defect attribute quality
  • Perform an improvement process for Cx, such as coaching, feedback and Counseling
  • Conducted hearing sessions to help Team Cx know how to handle Customers/KA effectively
  • Conduct Live Monitoring by Sit-in or Mystery Call.
  • Perform calibration routinely with the Operational team and Learning Development to get the same perception .
  • Perform product knowledge refreshment by collaborating with Learning Development team
  • Provide a review, insight, recommendation to improve Quality CX in the future
  • Make a report on performance quality regularly

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Minimum Diploma degree from any major
  • At least 1-year of experience as Quality Assurance within the Customer Service area is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a good team player
