Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform monitoring transactions on CX Inbound / Outbound / Ticketing consistently and according to procedures
- Ensuring accuracy of the assessment of monitoring transactions is in accordance with the provisions of CX attribute.
- Performing on the spot feedback on Agents that perform CX defect attribute quality
- Perform an improvement process for Cx, such as coaching, feedback and Counseling
- Conducted hearing sessions to help Team Cx know how to handle Customers/KA effectively
- Conduct Live Monitoring by Sit-in or Mystery Call.
- Perform calibration routinely with the Operational team and Learning Development to get the same perception .
- Perform product knowledge refreshment by collaborating with Learning Development team
- Provide a review, insight, recommendation to improve Quality CX in the future
- Make a report on performance quality regularly
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Diploma degree from any major
- At least 1-year of experience as Quality Assurance within the Customer Service area is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a good team player
