Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with the sales & customer success team to drive activities with enterprise and Mid-Market clients
- Manage and develop compliance documents related to delivery, schedules, and pricing
- Oversee & ensure smooth project execution by effectively coordinating with internal and external teams
- Lead customer workshops and presentations, showcasing service offerings, project plans, and progress updates to maintain strong relationships with clients
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Experience and extensive knowledge as a project manager
- High level knowledge or experience working in a SaaS or logistics industry
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
- Familiarity with different e-commerce, warehouse management systems, and/or order management systems
- Exposure to a high growth / startup culture, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in english is a must & mandarin is a point plus
- Project vehicle arrangement Jakarta-Jogja
