Social Media Strategist

• Responsible for planning and managing weekly and monthly content for Instagram and TikTok while keeping the content consistent and engaging. This role also interacts with the audience, optimizes social media accounts, monitors performance, and improves strategies based on data.
• In addition, this role works closely with the team to develop fresh content ideas, support product launch campaigns, drive traffic to marketplaces, grow social media performance, and prepare regular reports.

Marketing Manager

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support CRSL’s business goals, including campaigns, product launches, collaborations, KOL and affiliate programs, community activities, and digital marketing.
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance, maintain consistent brand positioning, manage budgets and KPIs, and work closely with Creative, R&D, Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams to drive traffic, customer growth, and revenue.

Art Director

• Responsible for turning creative briefs into clear visual directions, moodboards, key visuals, and execution guidelines.
• This role develops visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and brand activations while directing design, photography, video, styling, and motion. It also ensures CRSL’s visual identity and characters stay consistent across all platforms, leads visual production, provides feedback to the creative team, manages quality and timelines, and works closely with Creative, R&D, and Marketing teams.

Social Media Strategist

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably in fashion.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Experience in developing social media strategies that support business goals and brand image.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, social media platforms, and audience behavior.
• Able to analyze campaign performance and improve strategies based on data.
• Organized, strategic, and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines.
