Skills and Abilities:

Leadership, creative, innovative, and able to work with team
Able to work with targets
Good communication skills and has a wide network
Proficient in digital marketing (social media, google ads, facebook ads, Instagram ads, tiktok, etc.)
Able to make good and attractive event concept presentation
Able to operate LPSE system or similar
Have Marketing Event certification (if any)
Able to mobilize to all regions in Indonesia
