Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and lead Corporate IT teams to deliver stable and solutive IT solutions
- Ensure that the day-to-day IT operations running smoothly for all Clients
- Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
- Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks, and issues while working closely with multiple stakeholders
- Manage IT assets & inventories
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the team by providing continuous support, training, coaching, and mentorship to the team
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- Experience in establishing, implementing, and running day-to-day operations
- Ability to lead and manage teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with stakeholders
