Deskripsi Pekerjaan
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
- Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene standard in all area.
- Maintaining and developing housekeeping department.
- Coordinating and briefing daily, weekly, monthly tasks/projects.
- Stock-taking and developing report as needed.
- Quality controlling in all housekeeping aspects.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
- Responsible for any marketing inquiries, including workshops, seminars, exhibitions, events and so on. Budgeting, controlling, reviewing marketing strategies as needed
- Daily reporting to the management
- Developing a short and long term marketing strategy, formulating new marketing approach
- Understanding the synergy of all OTA and distribution channels, in which they would help to formulate the right approach to increase sales.
Syarat Pekerjaan
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
- Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills, trustworthy, honest, familiar in VHP is a plus, able to work under pressure, able to work in shifts including weekend and public holiday.
- Experienced in scheduling, stock-taking, complaints handling would be an advantage
- He/she MUST have a leadership quality/experience including good communication skills and problem-solving.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
- Young, dynamic, energetic
- Honest and trustworthy
- Must have a pleasant and approachable personality traits, well-groomed
- Must have a good sales track
- Hard-working, target-oriented, able to work under pressure
- A good understanding of multi distribution channels and hospitality background/experience would be advantages.
