Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Graphic Designer
- Conceptualise designs that align with the company’s corporate identity
- Design and create visuals for all marketing collaterals in the attractive ways (such as brochure, socmed, website, presentations, videos, and banners) etc.
- Create informative and persuasive designs to support the client and marketing department
- Develop creative ideas and coming up with new design innovations
2. Digital Marketing
- Establish and monitor both paid and organic digital marketing strategies
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop policies and procedures related to the digital marketing plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing activities.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create digital campaign and promotion concepts, managing budget planning, implementation schedule, and reporting.
- Analyse and improve conversion, and traffic across digital marketing
- Create a digital campaign(s) and managing digital marketing budget to meet the objectives(Ads & SEO)
3. Reseller & Customer Acquisition
- Explore opportunities to grow our reseller base
- Improve contribution from reseller’s business
- Nurture reseller in a collaborative ways to increase inclusiveness
- Able to achieve monthly KPIs
- Deliver & perform pitch to the potential merchant partner
- Responsible for Reseller first training/ onboarding
- Build & maintain a strong relationship with existing and new Reseller
- Gathering feedback from the merchant and solve merchant issues
- Create a potential merchant partner list and update negotiation progress weekly
4. Web Programmer
- Responsible for web site and web-based applications analysis, development, implementation, testing, bug fixing and deployment
- Ensure website and applications are compatible across different browsers
- Work with designers and marketing team to develop various online campaigns
- Work with Product Managers in fulfilling user requirements
- Keep up with current trends in web industry
Syarat Pekerjaan
1) Graphic Designer
- At least 1 years experience its a must
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Solid experience in Adobe Programmes, (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Able to work hard and honest
- Must be work well independently and as a team member, from initial brief stages through to concept and production are commercially-minded, and also brings a sense of fun and humour to your work would like to join group of fun-loving individuals
2) Digital Marketing
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Experienced in managing both paid and organic digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns.
- Experienced in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement, and ROI through digital marketing.
- Good understanding of content and design with an excellent track record of online sales
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Master the SEO, SEM & Social Media Ads tools
- Strong analytical skills in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and social tools
- Master the knowledge of using digital tools
3) Reseller & Customer Acquisition
- Has a willingness to learn and has a passion to work in operations, marketing or sales
- Experience in managing community activation and interaction.
- Required language: English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic computer (excel/words/ppt) ability.
- Comfortable with technology (smartphones, iPads, Google docs, etc.)
- Confident self-starter and a team player
- Passionate in learning new things everyday.
- Background in Fashion/Beauty/Lifestyle industry is additional point.
- Willing to work in Gading Serpong
4) Web Programmer
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 1 year solid experience in web development
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, XML, CSS, APACHE, MySQL, AJAX / JQUERY and JAVASCRIPT
- Hands-on experience in FLASH ACTION SCRIPT, CSS3, HTML5 is preferable
- Working knowledge of Social Media API is an advantage
- Well organized and responsible
- Able to work independently, under pressure and work overtime regularly to meet tight deadlines
- A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
