Ringkasan

Work closely with creative lead to develop and create engaging promotional creative requests for digital platform (social media, CRM, creative ads, etc)
Maintain high-quality design standards and ensure consistency across all visual assets based on Belajarlagi’s visual guideline
Design marketing toolkits (banner, merchandise, e-book, etc)
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within set timelines
Stay ahead of creative trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of internal communication materials

Plan, execute, and evaluate corporate training business strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets
Identify, source, and follow up with potential B2B clients to present program offerings
Build and maintain long-term, end-to-end relationships with corporate clients
Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to formulate effective marketing or training strategy solutions
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external parties to drive business expansion within the corporate training sector
Draft comprehensive program proposals tailored to the specific requirements of business clients

Experience in creative design
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition, proven by strong portfolio
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Having UI/UX basic knowledge and proficient in video editing tools (CapCut/Adobe Premiere) is a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive
Prior experience or a portfolio in consulting, edutech, or corporate training industries is highly preferred
High level of empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal/written communication
Proven ability to expand professional networks and comfort in communicating with new stakeholders
Proficient in creating engaging business presentations (PPT/Google Slides) with strong delivery skills
Possess a fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles
Target-oriented with excellent time management skills and comfortable working in a remote environment
