Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the boarding house to exceed the customer’s expectation while achieving yje sales & occupancy target
- Setting the standard operating procedures dor allstaffs and evaluating the field work
- Short- trem and medium- term development planning for the company
- Setting and managing budget and costs
- Coordinating with and reporting to the owners
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Male, max 35 yo
- Min D4/ S1 degree
- Minimal 3 yrs work experience
Must Have skills:
- Able to work under pressure and handle conflicts
- Tech-savvy- proficient in using computers and modern technology
- Critical thiking for problem solving and decision making
- Responsive and sensitive to opportunities for hospotality industry
- Leadership, persuasion and excellent communication skills
