Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Front Officer (Sales and Service) :
- Develop good relationship with customer and achieve monthly sales target
- Responsible for student’s learning experience at English First Center
- Need to maintain close contact with classroom teachers and customers/parents in order to facilitate communication regarding the student’s learning progress, contribute to school sales target by promoting better student retention
Telemarketing :
- Monitoring incoming leads
- Aggressively executing outbound calls and pro-actively engage customer
- Engage and maintain good relationship with customer
- Meet daily target to achieve excellent performance
Syarat Pekerjaan
Front Officer (Sales and Service) :
- Preferably male max. 27 years old
- University graduate/Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Have a passion for sales and service, target and result oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working location at Yogyakarta branch office
Telemarketing :
- Male/Female max. 27 years old
- Minimum education D3 in any field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong customer service with target oriented
