• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide information about the hostel and local attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of front office tasks

Housekeeping

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
• Perform regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with the front office to coordinate room turnovers
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Front Office

• Female
• Energetic, Friendly, and Outgoing Personality
• Strong communication (both in Indonesian and in English) and customer service skills
• Good computer literacy
• Willing to do the night shift
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus

Housekeeping

• Female
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
• Well-organized and good at time management
• Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus
