What You’ll Do

• Drive multi‑brand growth: Partner with the owner to manage day‑to‑day operations and spearhead business development for Leven Cotton and our new venture
• Lead our customer service team: Guide four customer service agents to deliver excellent support and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Design with purpose: Produce compelling digital assets—social posts, ads, website elements—using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Elementor
• Oversee marketing channels: Manage content and campaigns across social media, websites, digital advertising, and promotions for both brands
• Conceptualize and execute: Plan and launch marketing campaigns, then analyze results to refine our approach
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with marketing, lifestyle, and design movements to keep our brands fresh and relevant
• Work flexibly: Fulfill an eight‑hour workday on your own schedule—morning, evening, or anywhere in between. Work 100 % remotely, whether from home or your favorite café

• Master’s degree from a reputable university. A background in Visual Communication Design (through a degree or substantial work experience) is strongly preferred. We will consider bachelor degree applicants with solid track records
• At least five years work experience with three years dedicated for marketing experience in e‑commerce or B2C businesses (in‑house or agency)
• Modern, polished portfolio demonstrating expertise with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with animation/motion design is a plus
• Proficiency in web design using Elementor or similar tools
• “Can‑do” attitude—adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on tasks beyond a fixed job description
• You are a fast learner who adapts quickly, works independently and efficiently, and thrives under pressure (such as customer complaints and target/deadline)
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn both IT and non‑IT topics; strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in written English and native in bahasa Indonesia
• Skilled in social media, photography, and video editing (e.g., CapCut or other mobile editing apps)
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys staying up to date on trends
• Self‑starter who can make decisions with minimal guidance
• Own a laptop/PC and be comfortable using productivity‑monitoring software
