Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Customer Service Team Leader – Yogyakarta
- Manage and develop customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance quality, customer satisfaction, and any other relevant key operational metrics
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
- Step in to attend to customers that are proving difficult to team members and resolve their complaints
- Delegate different customer service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation through division of labor
- Create and implement work procedures that will enhance the organization and departmental service delivery, operating procedures, and standards
- Provide analytical reports regarding CS performances & conditions
Front End Developer – Yogyakarta
- Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Write clean code to develop responsive web design
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Perform test to optimize UI/UX Collaborate with Back-end Developers to integrate API with client side script
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Provide support to internal teams
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers and managers to identify better UI/UX design
Senior SEO Specialist – Yogyakarta
- Develop an optimization strategy to improves a company’s search engine rankings
- SEO keyword research for company’s website & marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate marketing improvements
- Monitoring daily performance metrics to understand how SEO strategy is performing
- Collaborate with marketing team to manage SEO strategies
- Write attractive & well-qualified website content including blogs & site descriptions
- Update content & website links for the best optimization & search engine ranking
Syarat Pekerjaan
Customer Service Team Leader – Yogyakarta
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any field, IT field is preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience as a customer service lead or manager
- Experience working at a hosting/domain company is an advantage
- Prior knowledge about hosting, domain, and server would be preferable
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership skills, team player, and positive attitude
- Fast learner & target oriented
- Willing to be placed in Sleman, DIY
Front End Developer – Yogyakarta
- Proficient Knowledge in WordPress, Javascript, HTML/HTML5, CSS3 and Framework ReactJS
- Proficient Knowledge in NodeJS environment is a plus
- Comfortable operating in Linux environment
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with mock up design application like Figma
- Excellent Analytical and time Management Skills
- Teamwork Skills with a problem solving attitude
- Willing to work on site(Sleman, DIY)
Senior SEO Specialist – Yogyakarta
- 3 years of experience in developing & executing SEO campaigns
- Understanding search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experienced in SEO industry programs & tools such as Google Analytics, Ahref, Search Console, etc
- Understand keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to make competitive analysis of other competitor within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with WordPress or other content management systems
- Experienced in other aspects of marketing such as customer growth and promotion
