Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to inquiries from customers about past, current and pending order and / or delivery / pickup status.
- Help resolve and resolve complaints and / or problems faced by customers.
- Respond to customer questions/inquiries immediately.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
- Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferable with minimum 2 years experiences in same position
- Fresh graduates are open to apply
- Able to operate Ms. Office, internet, and/or CS application/system
- Good communication skill
