Respond customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media and call -fast, friendly and clear
Process and track orders/pre-orders
Follow-up emails and provide updates
Handle claims, refunds and complaints
Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform.
Update, maintain and reporting orders/sales records
Syarat Pekerjaan
Fluent in English (a must)
Excellent communication (a must)
D3 – S1 from any discipline
Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
