JALA is transforming the shrimp industry by offering a vastly improved management system. With data-driven farming in mind, our goal is to get farmers to make decisions based on actual data.
For that reason, our system provides water quality monitoring, and planning & reporting tools, complete with a decision support system so farmers can initiate the right treatment at the right time, based on data which has been collected and analysed. All the data from every farm using the system is automatically sent in for collation and review in order to gain valuable insight into the industry as a whole.

- Operate CRM marketing software to accommodate business requirements
- Run and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns
- Develop and plan middle of the funnel CRM marketing campaigns such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, etc
- Develop entire funnel leads tracking capability
- Formulate innovative CRM strategies based on customer insights that create unique customer experiences
- Develop and implement programs for customer on-boarding, lifecycle management, and retention
- Develop and implement a Loyalty Program within the lifecycle management of highly engaged customers to further drive retention, increased trading frequency, facilitate cross product and ROI
- Develop a Customer Feedback Program, providing insights to cross-functional partners
- Complete analysis/ consolidating of CRM campaigns using control techniques and corporate reporting tools to measure success/ ROI
- 2+ year of experience in CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation role, preferably experienced in B2B Marketing
- Strong experience in CRM and Consumer Analytics with a proven track record of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective omni-channel communications
- Experience with the marketing automation / CRM tools: Hubspot, Zapier, MailJet, Airtable, WATI, OneSignal and etc
- Analytical thinking with a familiarity in CRM or lifecycle goal setting, KPI development, and overall program measurement
- Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channels
