Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Cook dan Assistant Cook
Job Type: 3 or 6 days per week
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, and bakery items according to standardized recipes
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner, managing tasks effectively during peak hours
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients as necessary
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures

Waitress

Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience
- Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Order Taking
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Offer recommendations based on menu specialties and customer preferences
Serving
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and orderly fashion, ensuring all items meet the establishment’s quality standards
Menu Knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including coffee selections, pizza types, pasta dishes, and daily specials
- Be able to provide detailed information about ingredients and potential allergens
Cleanliness and Organization
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and maintain hygiene standards
Payment Processing
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
- Provide customers with receipts and correct change as necessary
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively to address any special requests or dietary needs
Problem-Solving
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Syarat Pekerjaan
Cook dan Assistant Cook
- Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a pizzeria or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent preferred
Waitress
- Prior experience in a restaurant or coffee shop environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
OTAs Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in managing OTAs or digital sales channels within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reservation systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, bakery operations, BBQ grilling techniques, coffee shop management, and event catering
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and construction teams
