Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Content Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, and graphics) that showcases our pastries, baking processes, coffee making, and shop ambiance
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the pastry shop’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and updates to keep followers engaged and informed about new products, promotions, and events
  Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement
Photography and Videography:
- Conduct photoshoots and video recordings of pastries, baking processes, and in-store events
- Edit photos and videos to ensure high quality and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic
Content Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to implement new strategies and ideas
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s voice, style, and standards
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms
Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other potential partners for collaborations to expand our reach.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers both online and in-store to gather feedback and generate content ideas
- Highlight customer reviews and user-generated content to build a sense of community and loyalty
Hours: 24 hours per week (4 hours per day, 6 times a week)

Syarat Pekerjaan

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, photography, and videography
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Strong editing skills
Ability to work independently
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Knowledge of the latest trends in social media
Passion for pastries and the culinary arts is a plus
English speaking is a plus
