Content Creator

• The talent is expected to be able to do photo shoot and video shoot to enchancement selling product.
• Have the skills to create interesting content
• Responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company which will be published in the company’s social media
• Responsible in analyzing the social media trends.

Telemarketing

• Tasked with contacting potential customers or customers, offering various products
  and services from the company, all of which are done by telephone.
• Responsible for making sales and receiving orders. By telephone, telemarketers can
  provide more knowledge about the products offered.
• Tasked with motivating customers to be interested in using the company’s products.
• Tasked with providing convenience to potential customers.
• Tasked with identifying all customer needs.
• Tasked with providing feedback to customers related to the products and services offered.

Human Resources

• Melakukan pross reeruitment dan pelatihan karyawan baru.
• Memantau kinerja dan kehadiran staf
• Memiliki pegetahuan mengenai HR seperti peraturan perusahaan, surat menyurat,
  agreement, absensi, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll, dan urusan administrasi lainnya
• Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi kompensasi dan struktur gaji
• Menyusun dan menerapkan strategi SDM, aturan perusahaan, SOP
• Mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem manajemen kinerja (KPI).
• Membuat program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk semua karyawan

Kasir

• Wanita
• Usia 18-28 tahun
• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
• Ramah, jujur, teliti, Bertanggung jawab
• Disiplin
• Pengalaman menjadi kasir lebih diutamakan
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
• Mengetahui produk kosmetik

Shopkeeper

• Wanita
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
• Diutamakan yang berpengalaman sebagai Shop keeper
• Memiliki kemampuan komputer yang bagus
• Keterampilan dan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki dasar stock opname
• Rapi, Ulet, dan mau bekerja keras
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di retail atau gudang

Content Creator

• Woman, max 25 years old
• Min 1 year experience in retail industry, Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Willing to work in team
• Fulltime, on-site
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major, but preferably from Communication
• Portofolio is needed (so attach your social media account)

Telemarketing

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to promote a product or serving using persuasive language and techniques
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complains
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Creative, innovative, initiative, no drama
• Able to work under pressure and have a strong willingness to learn
• Having sales or telemarketing experience is preferred

Human Resources

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/Hukum/Managementa
• Pengalaman sebagai HRD di retail industri minimal 2 tahun (berpengalaman di toko
  bangunan lebih disukai)
• Berpengalaman dalam dokumentasi pembuatan SOP Perusahaan, seperti ： Job
  Description, Flowchart, Rules, dan Regulations
• Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan dan Implementasinya serta menguasai permasalahan dan problem solving.
• Berfikir positif, senng belajar, enetjik, jujur, rapih dan bisa membangun hubungan kerja
  yang baik dengan sesama rekan kerja.

Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree from all major
• Experience as a supervisor min 2 years
• Responsible for running store operations according to standart operational procedures.
• Responsible for store expenses according to target and store sales targets
• Ensure that store employees have good knowledge, skills and attitude in the store.
• Ensure that the equipment and supplies in the shop are functioning properly
• Ensure the availability of merchandise in the store
• Focus on developing sales turnover for each branch.

Brand Manager

• Bachelor’s degree form Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing
  management min 2 years
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Strong communication skills, creative thinker and problem solver
• Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
