Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving growth. You will work directly with SMEs and brands to understand their needs, help them effectively use live commerce tools, and build successful campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure business opportunities with SMEs and brands that could benefit from our services.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of the live commerce and e-commerce landscape, including trends, platforms, and strategies.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to effectively demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining ongoing client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on market developments and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our reach and influence.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the ecommerce or social commerce sector.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce and social media platforms, particularly live shopping campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and securing business deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with live shopping campaigns and strategies is highly desired.
