Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitoring, coaching & empowering sales
Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients
Developing monthly sales activity reports
Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenue
Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customer

Syarat Pekerjaan

Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
Minimum experience 3 years as a Manager
Age Maximum 40 Years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master Degree
A strong and proven leadership (managerial, time management & organizational skill)
Excellent knowledge of system, business plan, procedure, communication & presentation skill, high achievement drive, result and Target oriented
Good in Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skill, Strong in analytical and organization capabilities
Good understanding to handle daily branch operation and finding a potential corporate to be our corporate customers
Work Area : Yogyakarta
Willing to be located to other city (Inside Java Island)
