Deskripsi Pekerjaan
B&B
- Establish strong relationships with potential collaborators with the aim of growing and expanding the business’s needs
- Manage reports for all activities with clear KPIs and objectives, and track performance routinely
- Doing the end-to-end business process with the company or potential collaborator
- Set up meetings with potential clients or partners, and listen to their concerns
- Build a client-focused environment, handling client complaints, addressing any issues that may come up, and having conversations with the internal and external teams
General Admin
- Creating a company agenda and reports periodically
- Managing documents, inputting data, and data archive for the company
- Prepare supplies and equipment in the company
- Responsible for receiving calls from customers
Program Marketing
- Develop a program concept, including preparation, event concept, and execution, to fulfill company goals.
- Responsible for program end-to-end handling from briefing to after the event
- Implementing programs that aim to maximize business revenue
- Checking technical details for each program and ensuring program satisfaction rate
- Evaluating program performance
Sosmed Specialist
- Responsible for handling social media agencies and clients
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that adheres to brand guidelines across social media platforms (Instagram)
- Supervise the daily content creation, including static images, photos, videos ,and copywriting
- Maintaining brand credibility and keeping customer trust
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and user interactions
Tiktok Content Creator
- Plan and brainstorm for tiktok/reels content with an understanding of current strategies
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing or communication goals
- Responsible for the video production process, starting from pre-production, production, and post-production
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images and video)that builds meaningful connections
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to inform content strategies
- Ensure all content alligns with brand guidelines, voice, tone, and values
Syarat Pekerjaan
B&B
- Wiling to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office)
- Bachelor’s degrees preferably from public relation, management, communication science, and other related helds
- Proficient in contract negotiations, with a keen understanding of legal terms
- Having experience minimum 1 year in handling partners
- Good communication, detail, and good time management
General Admin
- Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office)
- Bachelors degrees preferably from office administration, and other related fields
- Understand microsoft office function
- Having experience minimum 1year in handling administration
- Good communication, careful, detailed, and good time management
Program Marketing
- Wiling to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office)
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement, preferably from digital marketing, management, and other related fields
- Has an open mindset towards, easy-going, creative, and initiates improvement
- Having experience minimum 1 year in handling program marketing
- Possessing great time management and communication
Sosmed Specialist
- Wiling to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office)
- Bachelor’s degrees preferably from marketing, communication science, public relations, journalism and other related fields
- Having experience for a minimum 1 year in handling social media
- Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication, creative thinking, social media savvy and good time management
Tiktok Content Creator
- Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office)
- Bachelor’s degrees from any major
- Has a good understanding of digital trends, especially in social media
- Ability to generate ideas, concepts, and compelling content
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate
- Having experience minimum 1year in handling content for TikTok Platform
- Good communication, creative, and good time management
