Bartender:

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

Marketing:

• Monitoring market trends, create advertising campaigns, develop pricing strategies and targeting strategies based on demographic data and work with the other companies or partiners to develop more awareness of what Jolla can offer, responsible for digital marketing and offline marketing plans, events, and marketing actions.

Cook Helper:

• Responsible for peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables, butchering and seasoning meat, and measuring and mixing ingredients
• This prep work cuts down the chef’s cook time
• Responsible for dishes cleanliness and kitchen cleanliness.

Accounting:

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all incoming and outgoing transactions, as well as inventory level.
