Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts.
- Generating and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information, answer queries, and provide support in financial matters.
- Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of items, quantities, and pricing.
- Doing some purchasing-related tasks like creating and processing purchase orders, identifying and assessing potential vendors, negotiating terms and conditions, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Educational background in finance or accounting
- Practical experience in finance, accounting, or purchasing is highly valuable.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial software and tools like Microsoft Excel
- Got the ability to identify and resolve issues related to financial transactions, invoices, or purchasing processes
