Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales Manager
- Create strategic sales planning & execution
- Managing sales team in order to maximize sale revenue
and meet or exceed corporate set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars,
and regular meetings
- Give recommendation for improvement & innovation
- Create sales program on budget and execute on effective way
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Marketig Manager
- Lead the marketing function and works closely with the Board of Directors to determine the short, medium and long term vision, key positioning and focus for the Brand in terms of its marketing stance
- Translate the brand and customer vision into a marketing plan, ensures that all key elements are included across both online and offline channels
- Develop the brand communication strategy in line with the strategic marketing plan
- Drives development and implementation for seasonal PR and advertising campaigns, customer events
- Ownership of marketing budget with responsibility to prove ROI on all spend
- Initiate regular ongoing evaluation of marketing activity, monitors impact to
ensure both relevant and cost effective, with frequent reporting to the operating board
- Use insight KPI’s and brand metrics to monitor and report on brand performance
- Manage direct reports, plans and controls marketing expenditure.
- Know how to Manage influencer and event
Syarat Pekerjaan
Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Male or female, max 32 years old.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager Preferable in Jabodetabek
- More Preferable experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing area sales strategy
- Extensive exposure to sales operations coupled with detailed analytical skills and creative problem solving
- Available to work from office in Yogyakarta
Marketig Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Male or Female, Max 32 Years old
- 5+ years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager Preferable in Jabodetabek
- More Preferable experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing area sales strategy
- More Preferable experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Strong brand building fundamentals
- Understand the function of marketing as both a long term and short term growth lever
- Excellent project management skills and organizational agility
- Able to lead without authority in complex multi-stakeholder coordination
- Eloquent in explaining brand/marketing principles to various stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Available to work from office in Yogyakarta
