Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, identify sales opportunities, and understand customers’ shipping needs
• ⁠Managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading the account management team to achieve company targets
• Actively acquire new customers through internal databases, networking, canvassing, online channels, and social media
• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on opportunities to close sales
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in coordination with internal teams
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity and performance reports
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and achieve sales targets

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role (Executive role preferable) at a freight forwarding company
• Open to male and female applicants aged 35 or below
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• A quick learner with a strong interest in sales and account management
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team
