Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Admin & Front Desk
- Handle customer check-ins & bookings (online + walk-in)
- Manage court schedules & payments
- Respond to WhatsApp / DM inquiries
- Assist players with basic info & facility needs
- Support daily operations & coordination with coaches
- Maintain cleanliness & front desk organization
Bonus Points:
- Interest in sports (padel/tennis is a plus)
- Able to take simple content for IG Stories (photo/video)
Sales Marketing Manager (Full-time)
- Build and manage the community for Nammos Padel Club
- Create & execute community activation plans to increase traffic and engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with members, players, and community partners
- Organize social games, mixers, mini tourneys & other community-driven activities
- Identify opportunities to bring in new communities, players & repeat visits
- Ensure club atmosphere feels alive, welcoming & socially active
- Monitor community performance and provide regular reports on engagement, attendance & conversion
Syarat Pekerjaan
Admin & Front Desk
- Friendly, well-groomed & service-oriented
- Strong communication skills (offline & online)
- Organized, detail-oriented & fast response
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using booking systems / POS
- Willing to work shifts (weekends & evenings)
Sales Marketing Manager (Full-time)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable meeting new people
- Experience in community management, sales, hospitality, event organizing, or relationship building
- Understands how to keep a community active, engaged & growing
- Able to play & understand padel (hosting a reclub is a plus)
