Syarat Pekerjaan
Server & Cashier
- Fluent English – Zabunch, Rooma, Noom. (Hospitality background preferred)
- Experience as cashier, server, or barista in F&B industry
- Good communication & hospitality-oriented service
- Able to handle POS system & basic cash handling
- Friendly, neat appearance, and customer-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
General Helper
- Menyukai kerapihan dan kebersihan area kerja
- Bertanggung jawab atas penerimaan barang (cek jumlah & kualitas)
- Membantu kebutuhan operasional dapur dan area service
- Disiplin, cekatan, dan mampu mengikuti instruksi dengan baik
- Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
Cook
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen / F&B
- Able to cook Asian, Western & Steak dishes (basic–intermediate level)
- Understand kitchen hygiene, food safety & SOP
- Fast learner, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good attitude
Store Manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry as a Store Manager or Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Disciplined, communicative, consistent, and highly proactive
- Able to work under pressure and achieve operational targets
- Honest, responsible, and has a strong work ethic
- Willing to work full-time and on a shift-based on store’s schedule
HR Manager
- Minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM / Hukum (background industrial psychology is a plus)
- Minimal 2 tahun sebagai HR Supervisor/Manager
- Pernah membangun sistem HR (Pengalaman di F&B / retail multi-outlet sangat diutamakan)
Requirements:
- Bisa menyusun KPI & performance appraisal
- Paham manpower budgeting
- Bisa membuat SOP & HR policy manual
- Menguasai HRIS (Talenta, Mekari, dll)
- Mampu membaca dan menganalisa turnover rate
- Kompetensi Leadership
- Tegas tapi tidak temperamental
- Problem solving & structured thinking, data-driven
- Discipline, communicative, initiative
