Core Responsibilities:

1. Content Direction & Creation (Visual)

• Translate our Product DNA (sculptural silhouettes, premium leather, visible stitching) into daily social content
• Shoot and edit high-quality Reels/TikToks and photography that utilize natural light, negative space, and sensory textures
• Design digital assets (Stories, Banners) that respect our minimal aesthetic — clean typography, no clutter

2. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Plan the editorial calendar for Instagram and TikTok
• Write captions that speak with our voice: confident but calm; authoritative but not arrogant
• Community Engagement: Manage DMs and comments, interacting with our audience as a knowledgeable style partner, not a customer service bot

3. Performance Marketing (Ads)

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (IG/FB) to drive traffic while maintaining brand prestige
• Analyze data to understand which “quiet forms” are making the “boldest statements” in sales

4. Brand Activation & KOL Relations

• Digital Seeding: Identify and build genuine relationships with creatives, designers, and professionals in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali who align with the Julaybib identity
• E-Commerce Visuals: Ensure our marketplace storefronts (Shopee/Tokopedia/Website) reflect the same premium tactile experience as our social media

• The Eye: You have a strong portfolio showcasing a minimalist, editorial visual style. You understand why less is more
• The Tech: Proficient in mobile content creation (CapCut/VN/Lightroom) and basic design tools (Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva)
• The Mind: You understand Accessible Luxury. You follow brands like Jil Sander, Lemaire, or modern contemporaries, and understand the visual language of modern menswear
• The Skill: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Ads) is highly preferred
• The Voice: Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English. You can write short, impactful sentences without hype
