• Minimum SMK / SMU; experience in hosting or sales is a plus
• Confident and articulate in front of the camera
• Strong selling and product presentation skills
• Energetic engaging and able to entertain audiences
• Familiar with TikTok Live Shopee Live Instagram Live
• Fast thinker with good interaction skills during live sessions
• Neat appearance and positive attitude
• Willing to work in shifts and meet performance targets

Affiliate Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven experience in the F&B industry is required
• Strong network with KOLs, influencers, or affiliates is a Must
• Familiar with platforms such as Tiktok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and Instagram Collaboration
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and familiar with campaign reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards)
• Creative, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Graphic Design

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals
• Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Expertise in photography and videography techniques, including shooting, editing, and production
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Honest, responsible, and able to adapt in a collaborative environment

Content Creative

• Confidently appears as talent on camera
• Proven experience in content creation, writing, and research
• Experience in editing product-focused footages and short video advertisements
• Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content development
• Exceptional creativity and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to operate cameras and editing tools for photo and video production
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, especially TikTok & Instagram
• Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
• Understands short video regulations and platform characteristics (user preferences, violations, product logic)
