SALES MANAGER
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales or managerial position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and target-oriented personality
- Good interpersonal skills and strong networking with corporate, travel agents, communities, government, and BUMN
- Able to develop sales strategy and achieve revenue goals
- Discipline, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid SIM A license
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently or as part of a team
ENGINEERING STAFF
- Pendidikan minimal SMK
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi staff
- Mampu bekerja secara individual maupun tim
- Paham dan mengerti tentang MEP serta Water Treatment
