Finance Staff

• Manage the company’s financial and administrative support, handling tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, daily cash expenditure and income reports, financial reporting, and recording entries in course books, as well as budget preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and assist with audits and compliance.

Office Boy and Security

• Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan semua area kantor.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan atau perbaikan fasilitas kantor.
• Membantu dan mendistribusikan surat, paket, dan dokumen masuk dan keluar.
• Membantu operasional dan kegiatan kantor.
• Menjaga keamanan lingkungan kantor termasuk melindungi barang dan aset kantor.
• Memastikan keamanan kendaraan yang terparkir dan lalu lintas seluruh kendaraan yang keluar masuk kantor.
• Memastikan parkir kendaraan sesuai dengan layout yang sudah ditentukan.

Sales Consultant

• Provide sales consultations to first-time customers by identifying their needs, introducing suitable products, and promoting English 1 programs that meet those needs.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to gain referrals.

English Teacher

• Deliver high-quality lessons using English 1’s branded content and methodologies.
• Ensure learner satisfaction through engaging instruction, effective classroom management, and adherence to English 1’s teaching standards.
• Manage course administration, track student progress, communicate with parents, and support center events or marketing activities.

Finance Staff

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and agile.
• Honest and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to be placed at English 1 Casa Grande.

Office Boy and Security

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat.
• Memiliki SIM A atau SIM C.
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
• Jujur, rajin, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
• Berpengalaman sebagai Office Boy merupakan nilai tambah.
• Memiliki kendaraan sendiri.
• Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di English 1 Casa Grande.

Sales Consultant

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Service, Consulting, or Education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales ability: persuasive and target-oriented.
• Positive “can-do” attitude, emotional intelligence, and passion.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed at English 1 Casa Grande.

English Teacher

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English Education or Literature.
• EF SET Certificate, minimum Cambridge B2 Upper-Intermediate or equivalent (IELTS/TOEFL). Link: efset.org/assessment-solutions/companies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and driven.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their progress and development.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is a must for international applicants.
