Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage daily operations of the training center (classes, schedules, facilities)
- Supervise staff and trainers to ensure smooth learning activities
- Handle student administration, registration, and customer service
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and report monthly profit/loss
- Ensure training quality meets hospitality standards
- Plan and execute promotional activities to attract students
- Solve operational problems and improve efficiency
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in education/training sector
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (Indonesian & basic English)
- Able to manage budgets and meet targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of hotel and cruise line standards is a plus
