Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tax Accounting
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reports in compliance with applicable tax regulations
- Calculate, report, and process tax payments (PPh, VAT, BPHTB, etc.)
- Manage tax administration and ensure company tax compliance
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize tax efficiency
- Communicate with tax authorities and external parties as needed
Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase Occupancy and property/hotel revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness
- Work closely with the sales, reservations, and management teams to drive revenue growth
Engineering
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of property/hotel facilities
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for properties/hotels
- Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for repairs or renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
Syarat Pekerjaan
Tax Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years in tax accounting, preferably in Property Developer/Hotel Industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and online tax reporting (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Billing, etc.)
Marketing
- At least 3 years in marketing & revenue within the Property Developer/Hotel Industry
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, digital marketing, and revenue management in the property/hotel sector
- Creative, innovative, and excellent communication skills
Engineering
- At least 2 years in engineering and maintenance within the Property Developer/Hotel Industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility management systems in property/hotels
- Ability to work in a team and quickly resolve technical issues
