Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying customer needs
- Researching customer problems
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
- Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
- Report to the team manager
Benefit :
- Basic salary IDR 9.5Mio + Meals and Transport IDR 1.5Mio (Depends on Experience)

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Indonesian Native
- Basic Mandarin Chinese Communication Skill
- Good English
- Fresh or college graduated welcome to apply
- Under 30 years old
- Nice voice
- Willing to be posted in Yogyakarta Indonesia and have opportunity to relocate to Bali
