Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Student Advisor

  • Identify and engage prospective families through various channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met
  • Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information
  • Assist families with the enrollment process
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams

Sales Team Leader

  • Manage Student Advisor schedules to ensure proper coverage and balanced workload
  • Oversee accurate and timely submission of compliance documents
  • Monitor the Student Advisor pipeline and support the team in closing sales
  • Track team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve conversions
  • Lead daily check-ins to align the team on targets and updates
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on sales strategy and lead quality
  • Monitor and report key sales metrics (trial attendance, registrations, and payments)
  • Escalate system issues or customer complaints to relevant teams
  • Foster a positive and accountable team culture while recognizing achievement

Syarat Pekerjaan

Student Advisor

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum of 6–12 months of prior sales experience
  • Experience in the education industry is an advantage
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere within the Jogja area
  • Available to start the training by June 2026, located in Jakarta

Sales Team Leader

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any
  • Minimum 4 years of prior sales experience
  • Experience in the education industry is an advantage
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a good track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and chat-based sales tools
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere within the Jogja area
  • Available to start the training by June 2026, located in Jakarta
