Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Own the full social media process, from content planning and copywriting to visual design and publishing across platforms
• Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Manage daily posting, audience interaction, and community engagement
• Analyze performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize content based on insights
• Stay on top of trends, tools, and formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ year experience in social media, content, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices
• Ability to read insights and optimize content based on performance data
• Solid skills in copywriting, basic design, and creative storytelling
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta (WFO)
