• Engage in the research, design, and prototyping of robotic systems.

2. Design & Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop and test prototypes, iterating designs for final production readiness.

Job Description

• Develop new product concepts through research and analysis
• Design detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings
• Build and test prototypes, iterating until the product is production-ready
• Prepare project reports and maintain comprehensive documentation

2. System Integration Engineer (SIE)

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evaluate UAT (User Acceptance Test), FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
• Collaborate with the Production and Engineering teams to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Assist engineers in independently creating and executing test plans for both software and hardware systems
• Work closely with the QA team to track, identify, and document any system-related issues

3. Mechanical Engineering Development Program (MEDP)

Mechanical Engineering Development Program (MEDP) is a comprehensive 6-month program for fresh graduates or recent graduates to dive into actual projects and enhance your knowledge, skill, and passion in the field of mechanical engineering, along with the opportunity to grow and explore a career path.

RnD Mechanical Engineer

• D3, D4, S1, or S2 degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or special-purpose machinery projects
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks or Onshape is a plus)
• Capable of operating CNC machines
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to be based in Salatiga

Nice to have

• Understanding of automation systems, mechanical mechanisms, precision robotics, manufacturing processes, and mechatronics
• Experience with software and programming (Python, C++, or C#)

System Integration Engineer (SIE)

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in testing hardware and software for robotic instruments
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Vision Systems, PID Control, Motion Control, Python, and Robotics
• Passionate about learning new skills and emerging technologies
• Accurate, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Willing to be based in Salatiga

Mechanical Engineering Development Program (MEDP)

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on design and manufacture, or other majors with equivalent experience
• A commitment to join the Mechanical Engineer Development Program (MEDP) for six months
• Applicant must be willing to work in Salatiga
