• Re-sell English 1 courses and generate referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Build trust with students and parents.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding progress, homework, and concerns.
• Provide consistent updates and important information.
• Manage student, parents, and class data using CRM system.
• Organize and deliver parent-facing events based on guidelines.
• Observe lessons to understand student performance and report to parents.

PROGRESS ADVISOR

• Strong service mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
• Sales skills: able to pitch effectively and close deals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English (minimum B1 level, oral and written).
• University degree.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• To be placed in English 1 Sleman City Hall.

ENGLISH TEACHER

• A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative teaching approach to make learning enjoyable and impactful.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
• Able to work with shifting schedule.
• Able to work on weekends.
• To be placed in English 1 Sleman City Hall.
