Product Operation & Development
- Manage technicalities related to products but not limited to class operation and handling.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders for learning quality within products
- Continuously evaluate and develop new learning modules to ensure modules relevancy and effectiveness
- Monitor, Evaluate and Develop learning initiatives to ensure best learning experience
Social Media Officer
- Responsible for Managing social media needs to achieve best possible result
- Manage, create and publish high quality content based on our strategies and goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trend to ensure best possible result
- Engage actively with audience from social media
B2B & Partnership
- Establish strong relationship with potential collaborator with the aim of growing and expanding the business needs
- Manage reports for all activities with clear KPI’s and objective and track performance routinely
- Doing end-to-end process of business with company or potential collaborator
Program Marketing
- Develop program concept including preparation, event concept to execution to fulfill company goals
- Responsible in program end-to-end handling from briefing to after event
- Check technical details for each programs and ensure program satisfaction rate
- Evaluate program performance
